If you like live electronic music and the fresh air in the daylight, then look no further as you have just found your ideal event to enjoy the summer in Barcelona, Brunch -in The Park. This is the veteran event that, formerly known as Piknic Electronik, is responsible for entertaining Sundays in the city during the summer months. It has two important elements; a magnificent setting, the Joan Brossa Gardens located in Montjuïc Park, a little further down from the Castle and the presence of great DJs from the national and international scene.
Brunch -in The Park is the summer version of another event in which, obviously, the protagonist is also electronic music, known as Brunch -in The City. This is usually held over several months of the year in two locations in the city, Poble Espanyol and Petit Amfiteatre del Mar, in Parc del Fòrum.
2020 Brunch -in the Park Barcelona
During the 2020 edition of Brunch -in The Park in Barcelona, as has been the case in previous years, the Joan Brossa Gardens will be filled with a lot of people, groups of friends, families and couples, eager to enjoy a different Sunday in the best possible setting. And in addition to the already well-known presence of DJs that liven the crowds with the best electronic music during the 11 hours that the event lasts, other activities, proposals and attractions are also on offer. The Petit Brunch so that little ones can entertain themselves, relaxation areas and shade somewhat aside from the busy DJ sets in order to have a little break and, of course, food stalls with a varied and delicious range on offer where you can recharge the energy needed to keep the party going.
Hours: from 1:00 pm to 22 pm.
Location: Joan Brossa Gardens (Montjuïc Hill).
€ Prices: from €11 to €25.
8th, 15th, 22th and 29th September special editions (Parc de la Trinitat or Plaça Major Nou Barris).
We must not forget that Brunch -in The Park is a daytime outdoors event, so one of the organisers’ goals is to attract families with children (in principle young families but, of course, everyone is welcome). So, they have set up an area known as Petit Brunch, a common space for adults and children with a series of workshops and recreational activities.
