The tradition of vermouth and the aperitif has always been deeply rooted in Barcelona, and for years the city’s “vermouth scene” has continued to grow, something the organisers of the Vermut & Soul Fair in Barcelona have clearly understood.
Wondering what the fair is all about? Well, you don’t need to be particularly perceptive to work out who the undisputed star of the event is: vermouth, of course, along with its invaluable companion, soul in particular and music in general. Even so, below we are going to tell you everything that awaits you during the vermouth fair, including plenty of things you probably don’t know about yet.
Vermut & Soul Autumn 2026 edition

As tickets are limited, it is not unusual for some days and time slots to sell out several days in advance. So, if you’re interested, we recommend not leaving it until the last minute to get your tickets.

Where is the Vermut & Soul fair held? Map and how to get there
The Vermut & Soul fair, as has been the case in recent editions, takes place at Barcelona’s Olympic Port, just a few metres from the Mapfre Tower, the Casino and Frank Gehry’s Golden Fish.

Vermut & Soul Spring 2027 edition
Vermut & Soul Barcelona usually holds a couple of editions each year. In spring, its 13th edition will take place. Several venues in Barcelona will have a stand where they will serve their vermouths and aperitifs.
