Sala Montjuïc: Outdoor Cinema at the Castle

Updated Jul 29 2026

Sala Montjuïc, in English Hall Montjuïc, is undoubtedly one of the two most well-known and important open-air cinema events in Barcelona. Much of its success is due to its high-quality programme, featuring a mix of semi-premiere films and great classics from various cinematic genres, all set in a unique atmosphere: the Santa Eulàlia moat at the Montjuïc Castle.
